Our beloved Dad, Ruben "El Pipiripau" Rios Dominguez, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at the age of 74.

Burial of Cremation will be held on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery.

Ruben Rios Dominguez was born in Marathon, Texas on October 19, 1949, to Nicolas Dominguez and Modesta Rios. He went to school in San Jose, California where he resided in his younger years and moved back to Fort Stockton in his late 20's. Our Dad loved being around family, he was a joker, always laughing. He loved music, singing, fishing, raising roosters and chickens. He loved company and worked as a Roofer back in the day (Chicano Fonz).

Ruben is preceded in death by (Mom) Modesta Rios, (Great Grandson) Andre Castellano, (Brothers) Danny Chavez, Frankie Chavez, (Sister) Marylou Chavez, (Son) Ralph Acosta, (Grandparents) Antonio Rios and Magdaleno Rios.

Ruben is survived by his children Gina (Mario) Hernandez, Ruben (Yolanda), Yvonne (Vincent Nunez) Dominguez, Mona (Raymond) Ramirez and brothers Polo Chavez, Joel Rios and sister Elva Guevara, 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and father Nicolas Dominguez.
