Rose Anna was born and raised in Fort Stockton, Texas on July 3rd, 1953, and was so proud to always call Fort Stockton her hometown. Her parents were Manuel S. Gonzales Sr. and Consuelo Urias, also from Fort Stockton. Mrs. Munoz was very lucky to have had a happy and long married life with Miguel Munoz, also known to so many as "Mike".

Throughout her life, Rose Anna was a very hard and loving mother to two daughters. Her first born was Mary Francis Moreno and her second was Emma Lee Munoz. Both reside here in Fort Stockton also.

During her life as a housewife, she also held down a job at Motel 6 for a few years. She worked so hard to please her customers and she so enjoyed coming in contact with so many different people of different cultures, customs, languages and nationalities.

Rose Anna is preceded in death by her husband Mike Munoz, a precious grandson Miguel Angel, her dear parents, Manuel S. Gonzales Sr. and Consuelo Urias, her sister, Elizabeth Ann Pena and a brother, Manuel Gonzales Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Mary Francis Murphy and Emma Lee Munoz, whom she loved and treasured with all her heart. She was also blessed with two beautiful granddaughters, Amarissa and Gabriella, and a wonderful great-grandson. She is also survived by a big sister, Mary Ann Banda from Midland, Texas and Helen Holguin from McCamey, Texas. She has several nieces and nephews, too many to mention, that also loved and respected her dearly. They will forever love their "Tia Rox".

The family of Rose Anna Munoz would like to extend their most sincere thanks and gratitude to Bishop Vasquez, St. Joseph's Church, Eternity Funeral Home for making this time of sorrow for our family easier to endure. You all will forever be in our hearts. Thank you so much once again and blessings to each of you, the Rose Anna Munoz family.
