Raúl Benavides Galindo, of Manuel Benavides Chihuahua MX, passed away on the early morning of January 30th, 2022, at the age of 84 in Fort Stockton, Texas.

Raúl Benavides Galindo was a beloved local cowboy who enjoyed ranching, riding horses, regional music, talking about his life adventures and spending time with family and friends. He passed away peacefully in his sleep at home with family and will be missed and remembered by many people for years to come.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Eternity Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish- St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with Father Francis Njoku officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery in Fort Stockton Texas. Arrangements are entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.

Raul Benavides Galindo is preceded in death by his daughter Hilda Benavides Granillo and his parents Andres Benavides and Reyes Benavides Galindo.

Raúl Benavides Galindo is survived by his beautiful wife María Concepción Benavides; his children who include Diana Benavides Esquivel, Sobeida Benavides, Nancy Benavides, Ernesto Granillo and Eddie Granillo: all of his beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great children and countless family members and friends who loved and adored him greatly.

Pallbearers will be Eddie Granillo Benavides, Rodolfo Baeza Benavides, Eric Anthony Granillo, Jose Sanchez, Pedro "Cano" Sanchez Galindo, Coty Benavides, and Junie Danilo Benavides.
