Pete U. Garcia of Ft. Stockton, TX., passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, in Big Spring TX.

Visitation & Rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at

Eternity Funeral Home, 600 E. Dickinson St., Ft. Stockton TX., from 1:00pm-8:00pm. Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm.

Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish-St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Ft. Stockton TX., on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 10:00am with Father Francis officiating. Burial will follow at Ft. Stockton Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.

Pete Garcia was born in Ft. Stockton TX. as an only child to Pedro and Rome Garcia on December 3, 1943. He attended school in Ft. Stockton. Pete married Dolores "Loly" Rubio and moved to Monahans, TX and had three children together, Eddie, Orlando "Lando" Garcia and daughter Melissa Watts. Pete was a veteran of the United States Army with an Honorable Discharge.

Pete Garcia is preceded in death by his cousin Tina Bueno.

Pete is survived by his children Eddie Garcia, Orlando Garcia and wife Jennifer Gaines, and daughter Melissa Watts. Pete is also survived by 10 grandchildren: Christopher Edward Garcia, Casey Eileen Barraza, Baylee Rene, Sophee Garica, Jase Garcia, Caelyn Gaines, Briana Gaines, and Abby Montana Watts. He is also survived by his cousin Erlinda Esparza and cousin Arnold Bueno

Memorials may be given to VA of Big Spring TX 5th floor.
