Orval Lee Bradley, 90, of Fort Stockton, Texas passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022, in Fort Stockton.

Orval Lee was born in Del Rio, Texas to Robert Earl Bradley and Ethel Marie Timberlake Bradley on July 25, 1931. He graduated from High School in Del Rio, Texas. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy and spent time overseas in the Korean War. He also spent two years at the University of Hawaii studying Architectural Design and Drafting. He later moved to Fort Stockton, Texas where he worked for Firestone Tire and Rubber as a Supervisor for more than 20 years. He became a Viticulturist at the University of Texas Land Systems in Midland, Texas. During the early 1980's he owned a retail business in Fort Stockton, named the Home Vintner. He was a Deacon and member of First Christian Church and a Scout Master where his son Miles attended the National and Boy Scout World Jamboree. They traveled the United States and Europe for more than a decade attending and serving in the Boy Scouts of America. Later in life he also enjoyed taking care of a ranch in Sanderson, Texas where he loved to take his children and grandchildren hunting. He loved to fish at Lake Amistad with his son and brothers Robert and Weldon. He was a member of the Texas Cattle Association, Sheep and Goat Association and sat on the Board of Directors with the Texas A & M Directors of Regional Land Management.

He is preceded in death by both his parents, his brother Weldon Bradley and wife Mildred, sisters Mary Marie Bradley, Velma Dena Bradley, Shirley Ann Devany, Pauline Branson and Arline Franks.

He is survived by his oldest brother Robert Bradley (Madelyn) of Seguin, Texas and one brother-in-law James Devany of Winchester, Washington along with several nieces and nephews.

Orval is also survived by his son Miles Bradley (Janet) of Hondo, Texas and his daughter Stacy Pasqua (Tracey) of Fort Stockton, Texas. Grandchildren Millie Bradley LeSpade (Tom) of Spring; Texas, Robert Smith (Lindsey) of Denton, Texas; Steven Ray Smith (Jessica) of Geneva, Alabama. Great-grandchildren Isabella Marie LeSpade, Emily Smith, Allison Smith, LeeAnn Smith, Andrew Smith and Wyatt Smith.

Arrangements are being made at Eternity Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held privately at a later date.
