Obituary

Olga V. Gonzalez, 84 years old, of Fort Stockton, TX, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in Fort Stockton surrounded by her family.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 1pm to 8pm at Eternity Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 1st, 2025, at 10am at Eternity Funeral Home with Pastor Domingo Escontrias officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eternity Funeral Home.

Olga V. Gonzalez was born in Ejido La Rosita Coahuila on February 5, 1941, to Timoteo and Angela Rodriguez, she lived a beautiful life as a young girl in her hometown loving being outdoors. She met the love of her life Jesus Vasquez and married him on March 19, 1956, where they made a life together and started their family having 11 children. Later they came to Fort Stockton and started a new life here. Olga worked many years as a housekeeper at Best Western and worked her way up until she was also given the opportunity to work for the Nurses Unlimited caring for her patients. Olga loved helping others and was always available for anyone who needed prayer. She was also a part of Iglesia Cristo de Jesus. She loved being a part of this church because she loved serving and helping with anything the church needed. Her love for the Lord was big and was an amazing inspiration for her children and all her family.

Olga is proceeded in death by her Parents Timoteo and Angela Rodriguez and the love of her life Jesus J. Vasquez and two children Carlota Vasquez and Jose Vasquez, five brothers and four sisters who all passed into eternal life before her.

She is survived by her children Jorge & Judith Vasquez, Elizabeth Vasquez, Conrado Vasquez, Manuel & Nora Vasquez, Jesus & Elsa Vasquez, Jesus Celestino & Mireya Vasquez, Maria Eluvidina & Ramon Cabello, Maria del Refugio & Ruben Quinonez, Carlos Vasquez & Jaimie Vazquez, 36 grandkids, 62 great grandchildren and 8 great- great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Darian Vásquez, Juan A. Vásquez, Abraham Cabello, Irán Cabello, Jesús Vásquez, Steven Layton, Sergio Gaytán, Samuel Gaytán, Gabriel Urías and Erik J Vásquez.

The family of Olga V Gonzalez wishes to extend our sincere thanks to all family members, friends and sisters in Christ who helped to celebrate our dearest mother.
