Noemi Villa Silva, 51, of Fort Stockton, TX, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.

Noemi Villa Silva was born April 15th,1971 in Pecos Texas, to Elvira Flores Villa and Isabel Chavez Silva. She graduated from Fort Stockton High School in 1989 and Sul Ross State University in 1996 with a Bachelors in English. She taught in Alief and Houston for a few years before moving on to become the Project Manager of Continuing Education at Lonestar Community College in Cypress.

Noemi was a guiding light for her family and a joy to all those who crossed her path. She was a fierce advocate for the defenseless, human, or animal. She loved to laugh, spend as much time at the beach as she could and always looked for more to learn.

Noemi is preceded in death by her father, Isabel Silva and her four grandparents: Guapalupe Monje, Vicente Villa, Juana Chaves and Miguel Silva.

Noemi is survived by her three children, Diamantina Silva Wilde, Kyndehl Silva Wylder, and Zahiana Silva Ransom; a granddaughter who adored her Ema, Delilah Silva Ransom; four siblings, Isabel Villa Silva, Fabian Villa Silva, Zulema Villa Silva, and Esteban Villa Silva; her loving mother, Elvira Villa Silva; fifteen nieces and nephews, nine aunts and uncles and a host of cousins and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate the precious life of Noemi will be held on May 21st, 2022, at 1400 N Water St, Fort Stockton, TX 79735 at 5 pm. Any flowers or memorials can be sent there. Arrangements are entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.
