Miguel (Michael) Ruiz Jimenez, 65, of Fort Stockton, TX, passed away on July 3, 2023, in Fort Stockton, TX.

Miguel was born in Fort Stockton, TX to Margarito Fabela Jimenez and Cecilia Ruiz on April 8, 1958. He had many trades throughout his life. He worked in the oilfield for many years. He enjoyed construction work and was a body shop technician. He loved spending time with family and friends. Michael had a passion for music and loved to dance. Michael was known as "El Nickle" by many because of generosity and giving spirit.

Miguel is preceded in death by his mother Cecilia Ruiz Jimenez, paternal and maternal grandparents, brothers: Felipe, Manuel, Margarito Jr, Benito and Robert Jimenez, granddaughter Nahdia Rodriguez, and nephew Andrew Escajeda.

Miguel is survived by his father Margarito Fabela Jimenez and stepmom Graciela Jimenez, daughters: Michelle (Raul) Urias, Georgina Jimenez, Celissa Onsurez, brothers: Sergio (Yesenia) Jimenez, Jose (Christina) Jimenez, Sisters: Leticia Jimenez, Abigail (Anastacio) Alcalá, Susie (Johnny) Gonzales, Rose (Miguel) Trejo, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Michael is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a slew of extended family and friends.

Visitation is scheduled to take place on Monday, July 10, 2023, at Eternity Funeral Home Chapel B, from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Elder Luis Martinez will officiate a ceremony. A private burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.
