Maria de Jesus Cardona "Jessie", 82, of Sanderson, passed away on Monday, March 25th, 2024, in Fort Stockton, Texas.

Jessie was born on October 10, 1941, to Eloisa Rivera Falcon and Gabriel Dominguez. She was a dedicated wife and mother who enjoyed watching her western movies when at home, but also enjoyed traveling and shopping at her favorite store "Wal-Mart".

Jessie is survived by her husband Jesus Salazar Cardona, children Jesus Rodriguez, Eloisa Rodriguez, James Rodriguez, and Mark (Elizabeth) Rodriguez, grandchildren Gabriel Rodriguez, Charles Zapata, Nicholas Zapata, Kimberly Zapata and Martin Zapata, and great grandson Lucian Grajeda-Rodriguez.

Jessie is preceded in death by her mother Eloisa Rivera Falcon, father Gabriel Dominguez, brother Nicholas Falcon and son David Dominguez.

A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 10:00 am at St. James Catholic Church in Sanderson with Father Francis officiating. A burial of cremation will follow at Santa Rita Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.
