Margarita "Margie" V. Gonzales, 73, of Odessa passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022, in Odessa surrounded by her family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022, from 1:00pm to 8:00pm with a rosary recited at 7:00pm at Eternity Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Our Lady Guadalupe at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery at 3:00pm.
Margarita "Margie" was born in Grandfalls, TX to Jose P. Valencia and Luisa Pando on June 22, 1948. She married Francisco S. Gonzales. To this union there were four children.
She is preceded in death by her husband Francisco S. Gonzales, parents, brothers, and sisters.
Margarita is survived by her children, Susanna (Javier) Quiroz of Odessa, Frank Jr.(Tammy) Gonzales of Odessa, Guadalupe (Bernice) Gonzales of Rocky Point, Colorado, and Tomasa (James) Pando of Lovington, New Mexico; grandchildren Andrea (Ciro) Najera of Odessa, Javier (Marixa) Quiroz of Odessa, Bianca (Tony) Berry of Odessa, Jacob (Cheyenne) Gonzales of Odessa, Samantha Gonzales of Odessa, Gage Gonzales of Odessa, Ashley Gonzales, Lupita Arellano, Margarita Gonzales of Lamar, Colorado, Zoe Lopez of San Antonio, Randy (Michelle) Donalson of Gering, Nebraska, and Tiffany Lara of Odessa; great grandchildren Araneli, Alex, Aiden, Analiese, Natalie, Scarlett, Olive, Frankie, Ty, Eli, Aleria, Jacob Jr., Isabell, Zak, Ava, Tristan, Olivia, Brandy, Brittany, Deanna, Gianni, Olivia, Junior, Rosie, Zamaya, Jazzy, Latrel, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews, and her dog Nitro.
Pallbearers will be Javier Quiroz Jr., Guadalupe Gonzales, Javier Quiroz Sr., Ciro Najera, Gage Gonzales, and Jacob Gonzales.
