Manuel Calderon Jr., 67, passed away on July 5, 2026, in Fort Stockton, Texas. He was born on May 6, 1959, in Fort Stockton, where he was raised, attended local schools, and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He always cherished the time he spent surrounded by his family and friends.

Manuel is now reunited in eternal peace with his beloved parents, Manuel Calderon and Sista Calderon, as well as his dear little brother, Robert B. Calderon, and his oldest sister, Odelia (Lila) Ramirez Calderon.

He is survived by his brother, Jose Calderon; his sister, Senaida Calderon; and several nieces and nephews. Manuel will be remembered by his family and friends for the firm and passionate nature he brought to his life and his convictions. While he is deeply missed, his memory will continue to be cherished by all who knew him.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Hospice for their compassionate care and support during this time.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Alpha Y Omega Church, located at 1200 N. Butz, Fort Stockton, Texas. The service will be officiated by Sergio Sifuentez.

Friends and family are invited and encouraged to gather to honor his memory and celebrate his life.
