Judith "Judy" Fay Templeton, 81 years old, of Fort Stockton, TX passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Judith was born in Prescott, AR to Dallas Clifford Pickett and Gladys Wilson on October 5, 1941. She attended school at Alvin High School. She married the love of her life Earl Wayne Templeton on December 26, 1999, during a unique marriage ceremony. She retired with AT&T after 21 devoted years. Judith devoted another few years to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a Supply Sergeant.

Judy is preceded in death by her spouse Earl Wayne Templeton, parents Clifford and Gladys Pickett, daughters Kellie Templeton and Melissa Templeton Kuhn.

Judith is survived by Melinda Templeton Cates, brother Cliff Pickett, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a slew of extended family and friends who just adored her.

Pallbearers: Thomas Kuhn, Matthew Kuhn, Caidyn Block, Kenneth Kirby, Jacob Wynne, Bruce Pickett.

Honorary Pallbearers: Robert Preston, Shawn McConnaughy, Brian Webber.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at Eternity Funeral Home Chapel B located at 600 E. Dickinson Blvd. Fort Stockton, TX 79735.

Celebration of Life will be held at Northside Church located at 1600 N. Gillis St. Fort Stockton, TX 79735 on Wednesday, February 29, 2023, at 11:00 am with Pastor Jimmy Urias, officiating. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.
