Jose Alfonso Molinar, 73, of Presidio, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, in Fort Stockton, Texas.

At this time the family is not holding funeral services.

Alfonso was born in Presidio to Alberto and Luisa Molinar on April 7th, 1950. He went to Presidio ISD in Presidio. He married Cristina Guzman on October 27th, 1998. He worked as store manager for Winns and Family Dollar Stores for years. He was involved with the Lions Club and National Rifle Association.

Alfonso is preceded in death by his son Cristian Molinar, brothers Ruben, Jesus and Alberto Molinar, his parents Alberto and Luisa Molinar and grandson Jason.

Alfonso is survived by his wife Cristina Guzman and her son Carlos, his children Alfonso Molinar Jr, Rosaura Cubas, Steve Molinar and their mother Rosario, his grandchildren Shawn, Jose, Christopher, Luis, Jasmin, Juan and Ariana, his great-grandchild Luis Jr.
