Joe Isaac Carrillo was born in Pecos, TX to Carolina Carrillo and Jose V. Carrillo on August 3 1956.
He went to school in Balmorhea TX for his first few years of elementary school and moved to Ft Stockton, TX and graduated in 1974. Joe worked in construction most of his life laying concrete and building stuff. He then found his other passion of Produce Man at Lowe's Marketplace for 14 years. He had tons of happy customers. Produce at Lowe's was perfect when he worked it. His loving, caring and just the way he greeted his customers was amazing. He was always so welcoming, and his smile lighted up the store. Joe had so much compassion and loved his family. He was always lending a hand and never said no. He was a Veteran of the US Army from 1974-1976. He was involved in his nephews and nieces' sports. He loved to watch and cheer them on. He enjoyed watching wrestling, CSI, Football, Lone Ranger and listen to music. He definitely loved his Cafecito from PJ'S in Monahans, TX and The Dug Out in Crane, TX.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Jose V Carrillo and his Brother, Eliseo Carrillo.
Joe is survived by his mother Carolina Alvarez Carrillo, his sister Margie Sarabia and her husband Victor Sarabia. His nieces Bianca Ramirez, Roxanne Ramirez, nephew Joe Thomas Ramirez (JT), he had 7 great nieces, 4 great nephews , 1 great great niece.
