Jesus "Dickie" Ricardo Urias, age 68, entered eternal rest on Thursday, September 1, 2022, in Odessa, TX, surrounded by family.

Jesus was born in Fort Stockton, TX on October 3, 1953, to Roberto Barron Urias and Guadalupe Bernard Gonzalez. He attended Fort Stockton High School. Dickie married the love of his life Silvia Ronquillo and together they built a beautiful unity. He had a unique passion for music and fast cars. His passion for the sounds of music, inspired him to become a guitarist and drummer. Our cowboy was a loving father, grandfather, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend. His thoughtfulness and loving personality made each one of us feel very special and loved.

Dickie is preceded in death by his Mother Guadalupe G. Urias, Father Roberto B. Urias, maternal grandparents Juan and Eliza Gonzalez, sisters Enedina Urias, and Ermelinda U. Sanchez.

He is survived by his wife Silvia Ronquillo Urias, children: Michelle (Armando) Ureste, Manuel Ramirez, Sandra (Americo) Jordan, Juan (Lizeth) Romero, Yecenia Flores, David Ronquillo, grandchildren: Amanda (Jovannie) Aguirre, Lucero (Anthony) Bustillos, Jericka Ureste (Ray Villarreal), Armando Ureste Jr. great grandchildren: KyAndra Ramirez, Kaysia Ramirez, Kaydren Ramirez, and Kyren Ramirez all of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Juan Romero III, DAndrick and Darian Flores, Abhram Salgado, Jadelynn Salgado, and Miguel Salgado, Bryson Castro Ramirez, Audrina Ureste, brother: Robert G. (Mary) Urias, sisters: Rosario U. Luna, Betty U. Vera Cruz, Lupe U. Garcia, Ramona (Ruben) Saavedra, and Ribia (Ricky) Gonzales.

Visitation will take place on Monday, September 5, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Eternity Funeral Home Chapel B. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish-St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 403 S. Main St., Fort Stockton, TX 79735, with Rev. Francis Njoku officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.
