Helen Antonieta Gonzales was born in Dallas, TX to Carlos Gonzales and Alma Valdez. Our precious mother was a humble, a devoted Christian, and a survivor. She devoted her life to each of us and she made sure we knew that. We will always remember how hard our mother worked to provide for us. One thing we still look forward to is our mommy's phone calls. We would start each of our days with a phone call from mommy, and before the day ended, she would call us just to say, "good night". She was an avid landscaper, and gardener. She loved all of nature's beauty. When she was indoors, she loved reading her bible and enjoyed making salsa for all her delicious food she prepared. Our mother loved all her children, grandchildren, and her friends. She was known by so many people in Fort Stockton, Sanderson, and Del Rio. Mom will be missed dearly by all those who loved her!
Helen Antonieta was preceded in death by her parents, her fur baby frijolito, and grandson Ijaz Dominguez.
Helen Antonieta is survived by her five precious pride and joys Carlos (Jodi) Dominguez, Jose (Lynette Scott) Dominguez, Luis Dominguez, Raul Dominguez, and Marisol Gonzales (Irma Chavez), and grandchildren Analiyse, Liam, Kambrie, Jazanna, Eli-Sheva, Elidah, Jeriel, Dolinda, Destiny, Danielle, Sara Lee, Raul, Ruby, Jose A, Sylvia, Angel, Adien, Kayla, Shaelyn C., and Cameron M.
The family of Helen Antonieta wishes to extend our sincere thank you to Northside Church, Pecos County EMS, Pecos County Memorial Hospital, UMC in Lubbock, TX, and Eternity Funeral Home for their services.
