Francisco R. Rodriguez, 93, of Presidio, took his wings on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, in Odessa, surrounded by his family.

Francisco, lovingly called Pancho, was born on January 29, 1930, in Terlingua, Texas to Canuto Rodriguez and Agapita Rivera. Pancho married Benita Hinojos in Ojinaga, Chihuahua and always walked side by side rearing their family with a solid foundation of family unity and love. They were married for 55 years before Benita took her wings. Pancho worked in agriculture all his life and enjoyed gardening after he retired, watching baseball and football los Americas.

Francisco is preceded in death by his parents Canuto and Agapita Rivera, his loving wife Benita Rodriguez, children Carlota Baeza, Facundo Rodriguez, Mario Rodriguez, Carolina Leyva and Irma Dominguez, siblings Marco Rodriguez, Esteban Rodriguez, Ismael Rodriguez, Segundo Rodriguez, Leobardo Rodriguez and Juana Minjarez

His loving memory is left to be cherished to his children Maria Rosa Rios, Leticia Tharp, Francisco Rodriguez Jr., Manuel Rodriguez and Daniel Rodriguez, siblings Carlos Rodriguez, Simplicio Rodriguez, Ana Maria Carrasco, 23 grandchildren, numerous great and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Rosary will be recited on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, at 9:30 am at Santa Teresa de Jesus Catholic Church in Presidio, Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 am. A Burial will be followed at Desert Hills. Arrangements are entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.
