Frances Tavarez Agredano Lopez, 78, of Fort Stockton, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024, in Odessa, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 12pm to 8pm on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, with a Rosary recited at 7pm at Eternity Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Thursday, August 15th, 2024, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish – St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Francis Njoku officiating. A burial will follow at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.

Frances was born in Sanderson, Texas on June 4th, 1946, to Pedro and Rita Tavarez. She married Ricardo Lopez on September 19, 2008, in Fort Stockton, Texas. Frances strongest encouragement to her family was to excel not only reaching their goal but giving excellence in everything. She lived by example being a strong woman of faith. Frances also had a passion for cooking, adding her best ingredient of love and making any dish delicious.

Frances is preceded by her parents, Rita and Pedro Tavarez Sr., Pedro (Pete) Tavarez Jr., and David Tavarez.

She leaves her cherished memory to her loving husband, Ricardo F. Lopez, children Darlene (Pancho) Torres, Delma Sue Dennett, Joe Robert (Joanie) Dennett, Frances Dee Dennett, Maria (Fernando) Stives and Alfredo Agredano, sisters Marcella (Ricky) Ramirez and Maria (Cuco) Rangel, 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
