Donald "Mark" Foster, 68 of Fort Stockton TX, passed away on May 8, 2023, at home surrounded by family and friends.

A Memorial Life Celebration will be held at Eternity Funeral Home in Fort Stockton, TX on May 20, 2023, at 11 am with Pastor Scott Owens of North Side Church officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.

Mark was born in Ilion, New York on February 11, 1955, to Bertha Ellen Foster. Mark attended Mohawk central schools, he later left New York and joined the United States Army in 1972. He completed his boot camp in Washington and once he finished, he was stationed in Germany. Mark became a Sargent in the Army at the age of 17. He was very proud to have served in the Army and very proud to be a Veteran. Mark was awarded a number of medals and awards along with two honorable discharges. After the Army, Mark moved to Fort Stockton, TX and opened up Klassi Chassi Body Shop. He met his wife Peggy at his grand opening. They united in marriage on June 26, 2000, in Fort Stockton, TX. Mark was passionate about music, motorcycles, and his dogs. He was a musician at heart. He played the guitar, drums, and many other instruments. His dogs were spoiled rotten and were fed plenty of treats.

Mark is preceded in death by his mother Bertha Ellen Foster.

He is survived by his wife Peggy Foster, Stepson Brian Griffith and wife Marisol, Stepdaughter Amy Wright all of Fort Stockton TX. His sisters are Mary Donna Chafin, Joni McGee, Maureen Jarvice, and Michele Hilts. He has one brother Kent Barringer. Mark has 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He also has numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
