Obituary

Catherine Leblanc Ordoyne, a native of Sorrento, LA, former resident of Gramercy, LA and recent resident of Grandfalls, Texas, entered her eternal rest on Sunday, October 9, 2022. She was 78 and a retired Babysitting Provider.

Catherine was born in New Orleans, LA to Thelma and William Leblanc Sr. on July 12, 1944. She was raised in Sorrento, LA until marrying Edward "Jimmy" Ordoyne of Lutcher, LA on June 27, 1964. Together, they made a home in Gramercy, LA.

She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Amato (Jason) and Kippie Davis (Mike); her grandchildren, Stephen, Claire, Randi, Wyatt, Alee, Rayni, Draven, and Mary Catherine; her great-grandchildren, Edward, Alexis, Luke, Eli, Xander, Malachi, and Lucy. She is also survived by her brother Edmond Leblanc (Carol) and sister-in-laws, Grace Broussard Leblanc and Alice Deroche.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ordoyne; parents, Thelma and William Leblanc Sr.; brother, Melvin Leblanc; brother and wife, William and Ruby Leblanc Jr.; sister and husbands, Delores Letulle Aime, Paul Letulle, and Emile Aime; brother and wife, Earl and Jimmie Leblanc; sister and husband, Mary and Forrest Mire; and brother, T.J. Leblanc.

Catherine returned to Louisiana for Visitation and Funeral services for her final resting place. Please refer to Rose Lynn Funeral Home website (www.roselynnfuneralhome.com) for service information.

Services have been entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home, Fort Stockton, TX, and Rose Lynn Funeral Home, Lutcher, LA .
