Blanca Estrella Rodriguez was born in Chihuahua MX to Oliva Lares Medrano and Ismael Rodriguez Marquez on July 1, 1981. She went to school at Mulato/Presidio. She Married Nolberto Salazar on June 6, 2002, in Presidio TX. She Graduated from Presidio High School with the class of 2000. She worked as a Store Manager for Porters Thriftway for 24 years.

Estrella is Preceded in death by her father Ismael Rodriguez Marquez, and her brother Saul Soto Lares.

Estrella is survived by Nolberto Salazar, her Daughters Magdiel Salazar and Mylka Salazar, and her son Milan Salazar. Her mother Olivia Lares. Her Sisters Martha Soto, Rita Soto, Francisca Soto, Magdalena Soto, Rosario Rodriguez, and Brothers Ismael Rodriguez, Enriquez Soto, Dulces Soto, Pablo Soto.

Pallbearers will be Saul Veliz, Sergio Baeza, Rogelio Galindo, Alberto Barrera, Jaime Rodriguez, Benjamin Ramirez.

The Salazar Rodriguez family would like to give thanks to everyone who helped cover Estrella's medical treatments. Also, to those who kept her and her family in their prayers. Every single act that was done form you all to help Estrella has been notice and we are extremely grateful she was a selfless person and a strong woman who never gave up and we all learned a lot from her.
