Alberto Acosta Marquez, 83 years of Presidio, took his flight in the clouds, Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, in El Paso, Texas.
Alberto, lovingly known as "Beto" was born in Manuel Benavidez, Chihuahua to Francisco Marquez and Manuela Acosta on April 8, 1942. He married the love of his life, Maria Concepcion "Concha" Dominguez on February 24, 1960, in Ojinaga, Chihuahua. They lived in Presidio where Beto worked as a bus driver for Presidio ISD until retirement. Beto was a dedicated family man who loved raising cattle and horses. After his retirement his hobby was horse racing, and he never missed an event.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Manuela Marquez, and daughter Erika Marquez.
Beto leaves his memory to cherish to his loving wife, Concha Marquez, daughter Elma Marquez, sons Luis Albert (Hilda) Marquez and Samuel (Netty) Marquez, grandchildren, Shayla J'Nae Marquez, Luis A (Isamar) Marquez Jr., Connie Marquez(Juan) Henry, Robbie Lee (Carmen) Marquez, Adrian (Jaslynn) Marquez, Mia Janice Marquez, Danel Hinojos Marquez Jr., Teresa Leah Hinojos Marquez, Maria Christina Marquez, Christopher Matthew Marquez, and Sammy Marquez Jr. and great grandkids, Luis Jesus Marquez, Aden Marquez Aubriella Lizette Marquez, Celeste Marquez, Matthew Allen Marquez, Adrian Marquez Jr. and Juan Baptista Henry Jr.
Services will be held in Funeraria de Valle in Ojinaga, Chihuahua tentatively for Thursday and Friday, December 11th and 12th of 2025 with burial in Rancho Los Mimbrales.
